Quality Stainless Steel Adjustable hoof testers. Hoof testers are used as a veterinary or farrier tool to be used on the hoof to locate sensitive areas. Use this tool to assist in locating sources of foot pain associated with an abscess, bruising, a miss-placed nail, or softened and sensitive soles.
The adjustment jaw easily slides open or closed to provide the best possible fit for each foot and allows for a more consistent application of pressure to all parts of the foot to help locate sensitive areas.
15″ long with a throat over 6″ wide. These hoof testers have rounded handles for comfortable use.
