Claims and Errors:
Claims and errors can be made within 3-5 days of receipt of merchandise. The customer is responsible for filing any claims with the shipping company if a product package arrives damaged. Ph Forge will assist with any such claims if requested. In providing this assistance, Ph Forge does not assume any responsibility.
Returns:
An RMA number is a returned merchandise authorization number issued by Ph Forge. All products returned must be accompanied by an RMA number.
Goods must be returned within net 15 days. Returns must be accompanied with original Ph Forge receipt and original packaging. Restocking fees are applicable.
How to get an RMA number
Customer must provide Ph Forge with a copy of the original invoice and the reason for return. Customer may call to request an RMA number or e-mail support@phforge.com
Back Orders/Substitutions:
If the item you want to order is not currently in stock Ph Forge will contact you by phone or email. The item can be substituted or back ordered upon your request. Ph Forge will contact you when the item has been received.
